Program:
Day 01: Benvenuti in Sicily (Welcome to Sicily)
With these words, our staff will greet you at Catania airport. You will be enchanted by the scenery along the way, along the Cyclops coast and the slopes of Europe's largest volcano, on the way to your hotel. After checking in the rooms, you can explore the picturesque alleyways around the hotel. Before dinner we invite you to the welcome drink. Enjoy with us on the terrace the breathtaking view.
Day 02: Alcantara Gorges and the Etna wine route
After breakfast, drive along the small course of the river Alcantara, which is located on the north side of the volcano. Here you can take a walk along the spectacular gorges of basalt blocks. Continue to Castiglione di Sicilia with its medieval cityscape, the castle ruins and numerous churches. Nearby are some of the most prestigious wineries in Etna. In one of these we will enjoy a wine tasting.
Day 03: Walk through Taormina
Go on a discovery tour, there is a lot to see in Taormina; the Ancient Theater, with its unique view over the bay of Giardini Naxos and Mount Etna, the Duomo, Palazzo Corvaia and the public garden of Taormina with its botanical rarities.
Day 04: New Year's Eve celebration with music and dancing.
The morning is yours, how about a walk to Castelmola? Fantastic is the view and the unique panorama over the city of Taormina to the bay of Giardini Naxos and Mount Etna. In the evening, a New Year's Eve menu with music and dancing awaits you in an elegant atmosphere. At midnight, the New Year is welcomed on the roof terrace with a good glass of spumante.
Day 05: Excursion to Syracuse
The largest and most powerful city of the Greek era. Here you will first visit the archaeological area, see the "Latomie del Paradiso" and the Seiler Grotto, as well as the ear of Dionisus, the theater, the sacrificial altar of Hieron and the Roman amphitheater. Continue to Ortigia, where you will see the old town of Syracuse and take a walk to the Arethusa Spring, the Duomo and the Temple of Apollo.
06th day: Arrivederci Sicilia
Depending on your departure, our staff will drive you to Catania airport and it's time to say goodbye to Arrivederci. (F)

The 54 rooms are divided into 38 double rooms and 16 single rooms of different size 16 - 24 SQM. The standard double or single rooms are with windows and have sea views towards the strait of Messina (north side). All rooms are equipped with bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning.
The superior rooms (with supplement) have the same decor as the standard rooms, but have a balcony and sea view to the south.
